前田亮二の世界は美しく透明感にあふれています。その根底には、かれの幼い頃の川や山での自然体験が影響しているようです。彼の作業は正に細かな手作業で、滑らかなグラデーションを出しながらオーガンジーの布に型ぞめし、何層かに重ねています。それを3Dレイヤーという人もいます。その重なりにより、作品はなんとも言えない表情を表します。そしてこれは正に、実際に見ないと分からない作品です。

是非会場へお越しください。

Ryoji Maeda's world is beautiful and transparent. The basis of his work is influenced by his childhood experiences of nature in rivers and mountains. His work is truly a meticulous manual process, in which he molds and layers organza fabrics to create smooth gradations. Some call it 3D layering. The layers give the work an indescribable expression. This is truly a work that must be seen in person to be appreciated. Please come to the venue.
