これまで、布を使用した立体作品の制作を行う中で、ひと針ひと針縫うという行為によって時間の蓄積を感じてきました。
そんな中、ふと「土」に惹かれるようになりました。土ができるまでには、沢山の時間と有機物が必要です。木から落ちた葉や生物の死骸は土に還り、また新たな命を生む為の養分となります。「なぜ」を問うてしまう日々の中で、そんな土の存在が、時の経過や無駄に思えるような事さえ、優しく受け入れてくれるかのように思えました。
今回の展示では、私が暮らしている町で採取した土を使い作品を制作、インスタレーションとして展示します。

フィナーレを迎えた会場は神秘的な空気感に包まれました。

The finale was a free performance of Korean traditional dance performance x contemporary art.
The venue was filled with a mysterious atmosphere.
